Limitations

• Session usage limits - Limited credits that reset every 4 hours. When you hit your limit, you'll see a message showing when your next reset occurs or an upgrade prompt for higher limits.

• Upload quota - 5 files per month (resets on the 1st of each calendar month at 00:00 UTC). The paperclip icon shows your remaining uploads in a tooltip.

• Data retention - Conversations deleted after default retention period

• Support - Community forums only

Upload Quota Details

The Free plan includes 5 file uploads per month.

Quota reset: Your upload limit resets automatically at 00:00 UTC on the first day of each calendar month.

Tracking your quota: Hover over the paperclip (Attach file) icon to see a tooltip showing your remaining uploads (e.g., "3 of 10 uploads remaining this month").

When you reach the limit: The tooltip changes to "Upload limit reached" and you'll see a message: "You've used all 5 file uploads for this month. Upgrade your plan for more uploads."

Need more uploads? Upgrade to Plus (50/month), Standard (150/month), Pro (300/month), or Business (500/month). See Upgrading to Plus below for steps.

How to Migrate from v1 to v2.0

ISMS Copilot 2.0 is a separate system, so you'll need to create a new account. Here's how to get your free Premium upgrade:

1. Create your ISMS Copilot 2.0 account using the standard account creation process

2. Visit the v1 customer upgrade page: https://app.ismscopilot.com/already-customer

3. Get your upgrade coupon that provides Premium access at no extra cost

4. Apply the coupon to your ISMS Copilot 2.0 account

Why a Separate System?

ISMS Copilot 2.0 represents a complete rebuild with enhanced features, better performance, and improved compliance capabilities. While this requires a new account, we're committed to ensuring all our v1 paid customers get seamless access to the new platform at no additional cost.

Upgrading to Plus

How to Upgrade

1. Click the "Upgrade your plan" button (top right, with star icon), or reach your usage limit to see the upgrade dialog automatically

2. Review the plan features and pricing in the upgrade dialog

3. Choose your plan (Plus, Standard, Pro, or Business) and billing option:

   • Plus Monthly - $24/month

   • Plus Annual - $240/year

   • Standard Monthly - $49/month

   • Standard Annual - $490/year

   • Pro Monthly - $100/month

   • Pro Annual - $1000/year

   • Business Monthly - $250/month

   • Business Annual - $2500/year

4. Click "Get Plus", "Get Standard", "Get Pro", or "Get Business"

5. Enter your payment information

6. Complete the payment through Stripe

After successful payment, you'll see: "Payment successful! Your account is now premium."

Managing Your Subscription

View Your Subscription Status

1. Click your user avatar (top right)

2. Select "Settings"

3. You'll see your current subscription status

You'll see:

• Current plan (Free or Plus)

• Renewal or expiration date

• Subscription status (Active or Cancelled)

Cancel Your Subscription

1. Click your user avatar (top right)

2. Select "Manage Subscription"

3. This opens the Stripe customer portal in a new tab

4. Follow the instructions to cancel or change your plan

Change Your Billing Cycle

1. Open "Manage Subscription" (Stripe portal)

2. Select your new billing preference (monthly or annual)

3. Changes take effect on your next billing date

Data Retention Settings (Plus Only)

1. Click your user avatar (top right)

2. Select "Settings"

3. Scroll to "Data Retention"

4. Choose your retention period:

   • Select days (1 day to 7 years)

   • Or check "Keep data indefinitely"

5. Click "Save"

Conversations older than your selected retention period will automatically be deleted.

Billing & Invoices

View Your Invoices

1. Open "Manage Subscription" (Stripe portal)

2. Navigate to the Invoices section

3. Download or view past invoices

Update Payment Method

1. Open "Manage Subscription" (Stripe portal)

2. Go to Payment Methods

3. Update your card or payment details

Billing Issues

Common issues:

• Card declined - Verify your card details and contact your bank

• Failed payment - Update payment method in Stripe portal

• Subscription didn't activate - Wait a few minutes, then refresh the app

Common Questions

Can I Cancel Anytime?

Yes. All paid plan subscribers can cancel anytime with no penalties. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.

Can I Switch from Monthly to Annual?

Yes. Open "Manage Subscription" in the Stripe portal and change your billing cycle. Changes take effect on your next renewal date.

What Happens When I Cancel?

• Plus plan features stop at the end of your billing period

• You revert to Free plan features

• Your conversation history is retained based on Free plan limits

• You can resubscribe anytime

Is There a Free Trial?

You can use the Free plan indefinitely with limited features. This is our free trial equivalent—explore all of ISMS Copilot's core functionality at no cost.
