Team Billing and Seats

One paid subscription becomes a team. Invite teammates as seats — no separate subscriptions needed.

How It Works

1. One person signs up for a paid plan (Plus, Standard, Pro, or Business). Free users cannot create teams.

2. Create a team in Settings → Team. A shared team workspace is created automatically.

3. Invite teammates by email. Each teammate creates their own account from the invite link.

Pricing Is Per Seat

When you invite a teammate, your subscription scales to match the member count. The price per seat is the same as the individual plan price — there's no team premium.

Upgrading Your Plan

1. Click the "Upgrade your plan" button (top right, with star icon), or reach your usage limit to see the upgrade dialog automatically.

2. Review plan features and choose your plan and billing cycle.

3. Enter payment information and complete checkout through Stripe.

After payment, you'll see: "Payment successful! Your account is now premium."

Managing Your Subscription

View Your Subscription Status

1. Click your user avatar (top right)

2. Select "Settings"

3. View your current plan, renewal date, and status

Cancel or Change Your Plan

1. Click your user avatar (top right)

2. Select "Manage Subscription"

3. The Stripe customer portal opens — follow prompts to cancel or change billing cycle

Billing and Invoices

Access invoices, update payment methods, and resolve billing issues through the Stripe customer portal (Settings → Manage Subscription).
