Price protection for existing customers

ISMS Copilot will never raise subscription prices for existing customers. If you subscribe today, your price is locked in — even as we add features, expand capabilities, or adjust pricing for new customers.

This commitment applies to all paid plans (Plus and Pro Unlimited). As long as you maintain an active subscription, your rate stays the same.

This policy is hardcoded into our company principles and documented in our GRC risk management files. It's not a temporary promotion — it's how we do business.

What this means for you

  • Your current price never increases. Subscribe at $24/month for Plus? That's your price forever.

  • New features included. When we add capabilities or expand quotas, you get them at your original price.

  • No surprises. You'll never receive a "your plan is increasing" email.

What breaks the price lock

Price protection applies only while your subscription is active and continuous. If you cancel and later resubscribe, you'll pay the current rate at that time — not your original locked-in price.

Canceling your subscription permanently ends your price lock. Resubscribing later means paying the new customer rate.

How to verify your locked-in rate

Check your subscription details in Settings → Billing. Your current rate is displayed under "Current Plan." This rate will never increase as long as your subscription stays active.

Not using the platform right now? Keep your subscription active to maintain your locked-in rate. You can pause usage without losing your pricing.
